Iako deluje bezopasno \u010desto sedenje ispred televizora biramo kao na\u010din opu\u0161tanja \u0161to sa sobom nosi posledice po na\u0161e zdravlje. Ne postoji sistem organa na koji dugotrajno sedenje ne ostavlja svoj trag.<\/p>\n<h2>Prvi znaci opasnosti !<\/h2>\n<p>Najpre se promene uo\u010davaju na ko\u0161tanom i mi\u0161i\u0107nom sistemu. Malo poznata \u010dinjenica jeste da je optere\u0107enje na donji deo ki\u010dme najve\u0107e upravo u sede\u0107em polo\u017eaju. To optere\u0107enje izaziva gr\u010denje mi\u0161i\u0107a i sledstveno bol. Najjednostavnije re\u0161enje jeste da se jo\u0161 vi\u0161e zavalimo u stolicu ili fotelju u kojoj se nalazimo. Usled nedostatka pokreta i aktivnosti mi\u0161i\u0107a, usporava se protok krvi koja se zadr\u017eava u nogama i mo\u017ee da dovede do pro\u0161irenih vena i otoka zglobova. Istovremeno zbog manjka aktivnosti, slabi srce i ne tro\u0161i se holesterol u krvi. Talo\u017eenje holesterola u krvnim sudovima izaziva njihovo zakr\u010denje, \u0161to dalje pove\u0107ava rizik za nastanak kardiovaskularnih oboljenja.<\/p>\n<p>Usled neaktivnosti, pored holesterola, smanjena je i potro\u0161nja glukoze, osnovnog izvora energije za mi\u0161i\u0107e. Neutro\u0161ena energija se talo\u017ei u telu u vidu masnih naslaga i dovodi do vi\u0161ka kilograma i gojaznosti. Ve\u0107i nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi dodatno aktivira pankreas koji poja\u010dava lu\u010denje insulina. Ukoliko ovo stanje previ\u0161e dugo traje, javlja se poreme\u0107aj pankreasa i on zapravo po\u010dinje smanjeno da lu\u010di insulin.
