Many people enjoy the sauna, but it isn’t automatically a good choice for every person and every day. It makes the most sense when you want to warm up, relax and end your day or workout calmly.
At Fizio Spa the sauna is often combined with a massage, so it’s worth knowing when to choose it before and when after the treatment.
A sauna session lasts 60 minutes and costs 900 RSD according to the current price list. If you take it with a massage or another treatment, the supplement is 600 RSD. With a 60-minute hijama, the sauna is free.
The most common order is sauna before massage, because warmed-up muscles respond more easily to the work. After the sauna, get up slowly, replenish fluids and give your body a little time before heading back into the rush.
The quickest way is online booking via Fresha. If you’d like the sauna combined with a massage, write to us via the contact page and mention it, and we’ll schedule the sessions neatly back to back.
Our address is Trg Slobode 3, hotel Vojvodina, level -1, in the centre of Zrenjanin. We’re open on weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 17:00, so the sauna fits easily after work or a workout.

If you have heart or other chronic problems, unstable blood pressure, are pregnant or have a recent injury, consult your doctor first. The same applies if you’re feeling unwell that day or are dehydrated. The sauna can wait for a better day.
Mention if you have a health condition for which you’ve been advised caution, if this is your first time, or if you’re planning the sauna with a massage. The team will help you put together an order and duration that suit you.
