Fizio Spa provides physical therapy, massage, chiropractic, hijama (cupping), sauna and body contouring services, exclusively in person, at the Service Provider’s premises at Trg Slobode 3, Zrenjanin.
The website provides information about services, prices and the team, and is used for booking appointments. The site does not allow online payment for individual treatments. Individual treatments are paid on site. Treatment packages and gift vouchers are paid in advance, under the terms described in the separate document “Appointment booking and cancellation terms”.
Booking appointments, late arrival, cancellation and the rules for packages and gift vouchers are governed by the separate document “Appointment booking and cancellation terms”, available on the site. By using the booking function, you also accept that document.
All texts, photographs, the logo, the visual identity and other content published on the site are the property of the Service Provider or are used with appropriate permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights regulations.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the site’s content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is not permitted.
The content of the website, including treatment descriptions, blog posts and the AI Assistant’s answers, is for information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis, nor is it a substitute for consulting a doctor or another healthcare professional.
Before the start of treatment, the user must inform the therapist about their state of health, chronic conditions, pregnancy, allergies, recent surgeries and any other circumstances that may be relevant to the safe performance of the treatment.
The Service Provider is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or omitted information that the user was obliged to provide before the treatment.

The use of the AI Assistant on the site is governed by the separate document “AI Assistant Use Policy”. The AI Assistant does not provide medical, legal or financial advice and is not a substitute for human communication or professional assessment.
Appointments booked through the site are made via the Fresha platform, which operates independently of Fizio Spa and has its own terms of use and privacy policy.
The site contains links to profiles on the Google, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of these third-party platforms.
The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely and error-free operation of the website and is not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical maintenance, technical problems or force majeure.
Information on the site (prices, opening hours, appointment availability, service content) may change from time to time. The current status is confirmed when booking an appointment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site. This limitation does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited under the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

These Terms of Use are governed by the regulations of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Zrenjanin, in accordance with applicable regulations, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
