Your first massage looks like this: a short conversation about why you are coming, agreement on the pressure, the treatment and a few tips for afterwards. You do not need to know anything in advance, neither technical terms nor techniques. It is enough to be able to say what bothers you and what feels good.
Arrive a few minutes early for your first session. The therapist will ask where you feel tension, how long it has lasted and whether there is anything to be careful about. During the treatment, feel free to say if the pressure is too strong, too light or if a position is uncomfortable. That is not complaining; it is information that makes the treatment better.
For a first time, the Swedish relaxation massage is most often chosen: 30, 45 or 60 minutes, priced at 2.400, 3.100 or 3.700 dinars. If you are coming because of pain or stiffness, a more sensible choice is a therapeutic massage from 3.300 to 5.400 dinars, depending on the duration. If you are not sure, tell us the reason for your visit and you will get a suggestion.
Fizio Spa awaits you in the centre of Zrenjanin, at Trg Slobode 3, hotel Vojvodina, level -1. The team has more than 20 years of practice behind it and over 3.000 reviews on Google, Fresha and Tripadvisor, so there is really no need to feel nervous before your first session.
The simplest way is online booking via Fresha, and the confirmation arrives by email straight away. If you’d like advice first, write to us via the contact page or call +381 63 466414 and briefly describe why you’re coming in.
We’re open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00, so your first appointment easily fits before or after work. After the treatment, drink some water and, if you can, don’t plan anything strenuous straight away.
When you feel you need it — because of tension, tiredness or simply wanting to try it — and you don’t have symptoms that call for a medical assessment. There’s no need to wait until the pain becomes unbearable. Having received a gift voucher is a perfectly good reason for a first appointment, too.
When the pain is new, severe or spreading, or is accompanied by numbness and weakness, or you have a condition for which your doctor has advised caution. In that case it’s wiser to first find out what’s going on — with a doctor or through a physiotherapy assessment — and then come for a massage.
Where you feel tension or pain, how long it has lasted, what you do during the day and what pressure you like. Also mention any injuries, surgeries or conditions to be careful about. A plain, everyday description is quite enough.
Online via our Fresha profile, where you choose the service, duration and time, or via the contact page and by phone on +381 63 466414. If you’re not sure which massage to choose, write the reason for your visit in the notes and the team will help you pick the right one.
Choose a massage and a time, and the confirmation arrives by email straight away. The therapist will adapt the pressure and technique to what they find.
