This document explains how appointments are booked, changed and cancelled at Fizio Spa (Wellness centar Peta zvezdica, Trg Slobode 3, Zrenjanin), and which rules apply to individual treatments, treatment packages and gift vouchers. By booking an appointment or purchasing a package or gift voucher, the user accepts these terms.
An appointment can be booked in the following ways:
After booking online via Fresha, the appointment confirmation is sent immediately to the email address the user enters when booking.
Individual treatments (massage, physical therapy, chiropractic, hijama, sauna, body contouring treatments) are paid on site, after the treatment is completed, according to the current price list published on the website.
Treatment packages and gift vouchers are paid in advance, at the time of purchase, regardless of whether the client buys them for themselves or as a gift for someone else. The purchase of packages and vouchers is arranged directly with the Fizio Spa team (by phone, email or in person).
The appointment is not extended because of the client’s late arrival. The treatment lasts until the originally scheduled end time, so as not to affect the next client’s appointment. In the event of significant lateness, the treatment is adapted to the remaining time as needed.
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, by phone, email or via the Fresha platform.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as failure to attend without cancelling (no-show), is charged at the full price of the booked service, according to the current price list.
Exceptions to charging (e.g. sudden illness or another justified and documented reason for being unable to attend) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, by agreement with the Fizio Spa team.
Treatment packages and gift vouchers are paid in advance at the time of purchase, in accordance with section 3 of this document.
The person using the package or voucher books each individual appointment within the package or voucher themselves, subject to appointment availability.
Validity period:
The late-arrival rules in section 4 of this document also apply to appointments booked within packages and vouchers.
Late cancellation (within 24 hours) or failure to attend (no-show) an appointment booked within a package or gift voucher is treated as a used visit: the service is considered delivered and is deducted from the remaining number of services in the package, or reduces the value of the voucher, just as if the treatment had taken place.
If the booked therapist is unable to attend, Fizio Spa reserves the right to offer an alternative appointment or a service from another therapist on the team, after notifying the client in advance.
